PURPOSE:An antioxidant, consisting of one or more extracts of Saponaria officinalis L., Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn. and Quillaja saponaria Molina, having high safety and effective by using in a food, cosmetic, etc. CONSTITUTION:An antioxidant consisting of one or more selected from the group consisting of an extract of Saponaria officinalis L. (extract of stems or leaves of Saponaria officinalis L.), extract of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn. (extract of fruit skin of Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn.) and extract of Quillaja saponaria Molina (extract of bark of Quillaja saponaria Molina). The extraction is carried out using a solvent, e.g. water, lower alcohol, chloroform, ether, etc. |
