PURPOSE:To improve surface characteristic of a molded article and reduce friction coefficient, by blending a specific modifier which is a reaction product of a specific silicone compound with an organic isocyanate with a resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. resin is blended with 1-100pts.wt. modifier which is a reaction product of a silicone compound having reactive organic functional group, e.g. amino-modified silicone oil expressed by formula I (m is 1-10; n is 2-10; R is CH3, etc.), etc., with an organic isocyanate, e.g. phenyl isocyanate, etc., having <=50,000, preferably <=20,000mol.wt. and no free isocyanate group.
