摘要 PURPOSE:To easily measure the rotation of protein in the demarcation state of a microsome and mitochondoria by specifically bonding CO to protein of a specific part, by directly measuring that the specific part of the cell of a living body is damaged on the basis of the rotary motility of the protein of the damaged area. CONSTITUTION:A sample 10 is continuously irradiated with circular polarized beam from the tungsten halogen lamp of a measuring apparatus for laser flash photolysis and irradiated with flash laser beam having a wavelength specific to the protein in the sample 10 from a Nd/YAC laser beam source 14. CO is separated from the cytochrome-CO complex in the sample by said laser beam and the absorbancies of the horizontal and vertical deflection components of the beam from the lamp 12 change by the change of the specific wavelength of beam. This beam is applied to photomultiplier tubes 20, 22 from a deflection splitter 18 through a monochrometer 16. The outputs of the photomultiplier tubes 20, 22 are processed by a signal processing unit 24 and a calculator 28 to easily measure the rotation of protein in the sample.
