PURPOSE:To prevent a part-winding coil of a stator from coming into contact with another coil each other and from shoft-circuiting effectively, by roughly equalizing the external form of a part of a bearing member with the external form of a part-winding coil of a stator and making it a coil stopper. CONSTITUTION:A brushless motor is composed of a secured and magnetized rotor (not shown in figure) fixed to a motor shaft and integrally rotating, a stator including multiphase part-winding coils 8 made on the concentric circle with its centre centred in the centre of the above-mentioned rotor on a stator plate 7 and a bearing member 11 made up non-conductive materials such as resin, etc. fixed to the stator plate 7. A coil stopper 11c, a part of a bearing member 11, is situated between part-winding coils 8 of each phase, the external form of which is almost equal to that of a part-winding coil 8. Consequently, by this coil stopper 11c the part-winding coil 8 can be prevented from coming into contact with another coil and from short-circuiting. |
