An air sliding device for work pallets or the like wherein a recess 4 is provided on the periphery of the bottom surface of a work pallet supported slidably on a base 2, a flexible sealing member 5 closed at the lower end and having a habit of normally contracting to be flat is provided on the recess 4, an air passing hole 6 is connected with the interior of the flexible sealing member 5, further a groove 7 is evenly provided on the bottom surface except the above mentioned recess 4 and an air passing hole 8 for feeding compressed air or sucking air is connected to the above mentioned groove 7 so that the work pallet or the like may be stopped and sucked in a predetermined position on the base 2.
