PURPOSE:To control a rise of positive electrode side potential and prevent a separation of a deteriorated conductive highpolymer material at a collector, by separating a membrane of conductive highpolymer material while applying a constant voltage not exceeding a specific value at the positive electrode side potential in an electrolytic polymerization. CONSTITUTION:In an electrolytic cell 1, an electrolytic polymerization solution 2 is housed. In the electrolytic polymerization solution 2, a collector 3 is placed, and at the opposite position of the collector 3, a conductor 4 is placed. A leading wire 6a connected to the positive electrode side of a voltage feeding source 5 is furnished at the collector 3 side, while a leading wire 6b connected to the negative electrode side of the voltage feeder 5 is furnished at the conductor 4 side. By applying a specific voltage between the collector 3 and the conductor 4 at a value not exceeding 1.0V at the positive side potential, to carry out the electrolytic polymerization, a membrane of the conductive highpolymer material is separated at the collector 3 side, and a membrane of lithium is separated at the conductor 4 side. |
