发明名称 DISTORTION CORRECTING CIRCUIT FOR MAGNETIC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING SIGNAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the effective correction of the waveform distortions of the reproduction siganl by giving the independent control to the resonance sharpness of a distortion correcting circuit and obtaining the linear phase characteristics and the flat gain-frequency characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The resistance voltage division ratio, i.e., the attenuation factor K1 is changed with variation of the setting position of a slider 13-1 of the 1st attenuator 13. Thus the independent change is possible with the gain G. In the same way, the attenuation factor K2 of the 2nd attenuator 14 is changed for the independent change of the resonance sharpness Q. In other words, the addition or subtraction of the signal lambda3 is set by a switch 15. Then the independent control is given to the gain characteristics and the resonance sharpness Q by the attenuators 13 and 14 respectively. Thus the gain-frequency characteristics as shown by a dotted line L2 is set complementary to the gain- frequency characteristics shown by a solid line L1. In such a way, the magnetic recording/reproducing signal underwent phase correction is obtained based on the gain-frequency characteristics shown by a synthetic attenuation long and shot dash line L3.
