PURPOSE:To improve a degree of air-cooling capacity, by constituting a driving device for a condenser fan to control rotation of this condenser fan in conformity with size of the total signal based on setting temperature and car room temperature, and thereby cooling a condenser so efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A controlling device 16 regulates each opening or the like of a compressor 9 and an air-mix door 15 on the basis of a total signal T and thereby it performs comfortable air condition, At this time, an operational device 17 finds a total signal T on the basis of setting temperature Td out of a temperature setter 18 and car room temperature Tr out of a car room sensor 19. And, when temperature of a cooler 6 to be detected by a temperature sensor 13 does down to the extent of the setting value by a variable device 21, a comparator device 20 turns the compressor 9 to OFF. In the above- mentioned device, such a function that makes a fan 23 into high speed when the total signal T is more than the specified value and into low speed when it is less than the specified value is given to a driving device 31 of the fan 23 cooling a condenser 7. |
