PURPOSE:To enable the speed change operation to be carried out easily, by transferring simultaneously a tension pulley moving member and a pulley piece moving member with a single operational lever. CONSTITUTION:A lever 13 which is provided for a tension arm 12 supporting a tension pulley 10 is communicated with an arm 28 via a spring. On the other hand, the push ring 2b of the split pulley piece 2a of a variable radius pulley device is communicated with a pressing arm 5 and a lever 5a being integral with this arm. As the arm 28 and the lever 5a are connected with a plate body 17 which is communicated with an operational lever 14, the split pulley piece 2a and the tension pulley 10 can be transferred simultaneously with the operation of the operational lever 14, and a speed change becomes able to be carried out with a light operation force.
