摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the using frequency rate to the maximum using frequency prescribed at the time of a robot working by obtaining the executing time of the robot from the teaching data as well as the action frequency of each axis and therefore calculating the using frequency of each axis per hour. CONSTITUTION:A robot controller reads the teaching data and obtains the teaching point distance (l) and the speed data (v) and the robot working time is obtained from l/v based on said teaching data. Then the cumulative time T is obtained together with the cumulative time (t) obtained from the timer data at one side. The data on steps (n) and (n+1) set at points before and after the axis data on each axis are compared with each other. If no coincidence is obtained between both data, +1 is given to the count value C of the counters set for each counter. When the processing is through with all teaching points, the actual working hours (T-t) of the robot are obtained together with the executing frequency per hour. Then the executing frequency rate is obtained to the maximum using frequency N.
