PURPOSE:To improve handling performance and facilitate starting by sequentially controlling the turning-ON and OFF of each feeding valve and discharge valve of the fuel, oxidant, and the substitution gas systems and the operation of selector valves. CONSTITUTION:At the time t0, nitrogen feeding valve 12 is opened, and then at the time t1, nitrogen discharge valve 15 is opened, and nitrogen flows in the nitrogen system. At the time t2, fuel-nitrogen selector valve 16 and oxidant-nitrogen selector valve 17 are operated, and at the time t3, fuel discharge valve 13 and oxidant discharge valve 14 are opened, and nitrogen flows into fuel chamber 2 and oxidant chamber 3. At the time t4, fuel feeding valve 10 and oxidant feeding valve 11 are opened, and at the time t5, the operation of fuel-nitrogen selector valve 16 and oxidant nitrogen selector valve are brought into stop, and fuel flows into the fuel chamber 2, and oxidant flows into the oxidant chamber 3. At the time t6, nitrogen discharge valve 15 is closed, and at the time t7, fuel discharge valve 13 and oxidant discharge valve 14 are closed, and fuel battery is set in a state ready to work. |
