PURPOSE:To improve a combustion state as well as to prevent a vibration from occurring, by making fuel injection into intermittence so as to cause each cylinder to mutually maintain a state of being exploded at regular intervals when detecting a low speed or low load driving state in an engine. CONSTITUTION:At a controller 30, when opening of a throttle valve 20 or an engine speed is lower than the reference value from each detection result of a throttle valve opening detector 29 and an engine speed detector 28, it is so judged that an engine 11 is in a low load or low speed driving state. At this time, actual injection timing to each cylinder is set down as one time at every two turns of the engine 11, and power is outputted to a driving part of a fuel injection nozzle 24 so as to cause each cylinder to be exploded at 240 deg. regular intervals. On the other hand, when the engine 11 is in a normal driving state, the actual injection timing to each cylinder is set down as one time per revolution of the engine, and each cylinder explodes at 120 deg. regular intervals.
