PURPOSE:To organize a fan and a rotor integrally and firmly in a simple process, by setting a main rotor unit with a concave peripheral channel formed on the outer peripheral face, in a metallic mold, to injection-mold resin, and by forming a resin fan section in the concave peripheral channel. CONSTITUTION:On the outer peripheral face of a riser section 10 on the outer periphery of a main rotor unit 21, a channel 23 of 'chevron'-shaped cross section is formed, and the rotor unit is set in a metallic mold 24. Heated and fluidized resin is injected into a cavity formed by the metallic mold 24 and the main rotor unit 21, through a nozzle 25, and a ring fan section setting resin fans 11 protruded outside the riser section 10 of the main rotor unit 21, in specified intervals, is formed. When resin is cooled, then it shrinks in the direction of the inner diameter of the main rotor unit 21 and is firmly and integrally orga nized with the main rotor unit 21. As the result, the production can be carried out simply, easily, and efficiently. |
