摘要

PURPOSE:To align reliably without producing white copy of first page by U- turning the document to switchback section then matching to predetermined position through aligning roller. CONSTITUTION:The documents set in sequential page from the upper side on a document stacker while facing the document face upward are taken out sheet by sheet then inverted at U-shape guide section 64. Consequently, the document is carried onto the platen glass 24 while facing the document face downward thereby white copy of first page is never produced even in case of double face copy. Since the document is never held by the carrying roller 70 and the lever 72 when aligning, it is restricted only by the aligning roller 30 resulting in reliable aligning.
