PURPOSE:To enable a thermally stable type H-PAlP useful for the diagnosis of pregnancy and cancer, by employing a monoclonal antibody which is specific to a thermally stable type human embryonic alkali phosphatase (H-PAlP) and belongs to IgG class. CONSTITUTION:The monoclonal antibody belonging to IgG is specific to the thermally stable type H-PAlP. Utilizing this, easy and accurate measurement of the thermally stable type H-PAlP in a body liquor is made possible by the immunoprecipitation, oxygen immunization or radio immunoassay. As the H-PAlP serves as pregnancy marker and a certain cancer marker, the H-PAlP measurement utilizing the monoclonal antibody can be highly useful for the diagnosis of pregnancy and cancer.
