PURPOSE:The titled slow-acting, harmless granule having powerful effect with a small amount of it free from rising of dust, obtained by using a copolymer of a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl ether as a binder and blending a mineral powder carrier and an agricultural chemical active component with the binder. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer of a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl ether, a high polymer compound, is used as a binder and the binder is blended with a mineral powder carrier and an agricultural chemical active component, or the binder is blended with the mineral powder carrier and granulated to give granule, which is impregnated with the agricultural chemical active component. The content of the agricultural active component is 0.1-30wt%, preferably 1-10wt% and the content of the binder is 1-20wt%, preferably 1.5-5wt%. The slow-acting granule suppressing rising of dust has suitably 300-1,700mu particle size.
