PURPOSE:To provide a reliable seal to a seal lip which is attached to one of a pair of slide glass panes and is made in close contact with the outer surface of the other glass pane, by providing small lips projected from the center top section and obliquely upper sections of the seal lip. CONSTITUTION:One of glass panes 1, 2 which are slid in opposite directions, is attached with a weather strip 3 provided with a hollow seal lip 4 which is made in close contact with the outer surface of the other glass pane. In this arrangement, small lips 7, 8, 9 are projected from the center top section and obliquely upper sections, for example, the obliquely upper sections of fit- fixing side of a base section 6, of the seal lip 4, respectively. Further, a stopper 6a which is engaged with the small lip 8 to limit the inclination of the seal lip 4 is formed in the seal lip 4 forming section of the base 6 on the small lip 8 forming side. In order to form this stopper 6a a stepped section 6b is formed at the front and of the base 6, and the seal lip 4 is projected from this stepped section 6b.
