<p>PURPOSE:To suppress deterioration of light transmittance due to adhesion in the region part from the lambdamax by interposing a cyano-type adhesive contg. alkyl-alpha-cyanoacrylate between a polymer film contg. cholesteric liquid crystals oriented into spiral structure and a similar film or another optical part to bond both into one body. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal material and a solvent are mixed and controlled in concn. and temp. so as to prepare a cholesteric liquid crystal soln., and then, formed into a film to prepare a film having fixed in a polymer a dextro- or levo-rotatory spiral-structured cholesteric liquid crystals by photopolymn. Next, the cyano type adhesive nearly same in refractive index as the polymer film and contg. at least >=50wt% alkyl-alpha-cyanoacrylate is spread on this polymer film, another polymer film is overlaid on it, and both films are bonded by the anionic polymn. of the cyanoacrylate monomer in the adhesive.</p> |
