PURPOSE:To carry out generation and ventilation of hot air for tea manufacturing machine under reduction of energy without lowering operation efficiency, by heating and ventilating a chamber while keeping a state under reduced pressure, and recovering an amount of heat from an exhausted hot air. CONSTITUTION:In the chamber 2 of a closed container, one end of the duct 5 equipped with the blower 3 and the heater 4 is communicated through the blower 6 and the connecting duct 9 with the heat exchanger 8. The other end is connected to the exhaust duct 10. The heat exchanger 8 having a great number of the open air channels 7 is set in the heat exchanger chamber 13. The heat exchange chamber 13 is connected to the open air inlet duct 12 having the open air intake valve mechanism 11 at one end of the heat exchange chamber and to the exhaust duct 15 positioning the outlet 15' in the vicinity of the blower 3 at the other. In the heat exchange chamber 13, the open air from the open air intake duct 12 is passed through the heat exchanger 8, the partition pieces 14 are alternately set to send the air zigzag way, so that heat exchange is done effectively. The chamber of the container 1 is connected to the intake inlet 17 and the intake duct 18, and the duct 5 in the chamber 2 is connected to the outlet 19 of the machine chamber 16 and to the outlet duct 20.
