PURPOSE:To manufacture a titled pipe light in weight and excellent in mechanical properties, by inserting an aluminum intermediate pipe and a steel inner pipe into a steel outer pipe or inserting them by interposing a powerful adhesive material between them to apply an internal pressure, or squeezing them at places to bring them into tight contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum intermediate pipe and a steel inner pipe are inserted into a steel outer pipe so that they are in tight contact with each other or they are inserted through a powerful adhesive material to adhere them firmly to each other by applying an internal pressure to expand the inner pipe. Further, squeezing is preferably applied at places to bring them into tight contact with each other. Thus, the titled pipe light in weight and excellent in mechanical properties is inexpensively and easily manufactured.
