PURPOSE:To separate smoothly copying paper from a photosensitive body without distorting the paper by pressing successively the copying paper from a separating belt side toward a guide plate by means of plural spurs. CONSTITUTION:The separating belt 20 is installed to extend in a conveying direction so as to contact slidingly with one end of the transfer region A of a photosensitive drum 1. One end thereof is fitted to a pin 21 and a sliding contact pressure is obtd. by means of a tensile spring 22 connected to the other end of the belt. The guide plate 23 guides the copying paper P to a fixing device 10. Plural pieces of spur arms 31 which support turnably the spurs 30 are provided approximately at equal intervals to the top end positioned near the drum 1. the arm 31 are oscillatable around a fulcrum shaft 32 installed in parallel with the drum 1. The spurs 30 are kept energized at all times in the direction spacing from the plate 23 by means of torsion springs 33 wound around the shaft 32. |
