PURPOSE:To dispense with adhesive work or magnet inserting work and to impart solidness generating no detachment or disassembling, by embedding a permanent magnet in a rotor exterior body at the time of the molding of said exterior body and forming a hole for inserting a support shaft. CONSTITUTION:At first, a pair of split moldes 13, 13' for constituting the left and right half parts of a small columnar molding chamber 12 for forming the outer shape of a rotor exterior body are respectively formed into shapes wherein one semicircular end surface pats were removed and the end surface mold 14 of the rotor exterior body has such a shape that a small caliber round rod shaped punching die 14b, of which the diameter is gradually fine from the central pat of a disc body 14a to an orthogonal direction, is integrally provided to the disc body 14a. Next, an almost cylindrical hollow permanent magnet 16 is attached to the punching die 14a from above so as to be fitted therearound and engaged therewith at the almost intermediate position thereof. This engaging position is easily set. Thereafter, the end surface mold 14 is attached to the split molds 13, 13' to perform molding. After the punching die 14b is pulled off, a hole 18 for inserting a pivot shaft is formed. |
