PURPOSE:To extremely facilitate plan and execution thereof and to rapidly build a civil engineering structure, by a method wherein a netting member is stretched around a spot, being a part to be filled, the interior of the netting member is filled with filling soil, and concrete is poured in the external part of the netting member. CONSTITUTION:A part 3, surrounded with a broken line 2, of a dam 1 is a filling part, and the interior of the part 3 is filled with soil in a place. The filled parts 3 are piled up in a stepped manner, and an expand metal (7n+1) is stretched on filling soil 6n. Filling with sand-in-place (6n+1) is effected up to the upper end part of the expand metal (7n+1), a next expand metal (9n+1) is connected thereto, and concrete (8n+1) is poured. This enables rapid building of a stable civil engineering structure, being decreased in an amount of concrete consumed, by the use of soil-in-place. |
