<p>PURPOSE:To protect the upper surface of the heating plates pressurizing the member to be stuck from its abrasion for long time by providing the transferring rails capable of floating outside of the heating plates. CONSTITUTION:The member 15 to be stuck is inserted into between jig plate 29 and is transferred by a pusher 23. On the upper surface at both sides of a lower heating plate 31 and an intermediate heating plate 32, transferring rails sliding the jig plate floated by floating springs 33 and pressing plates 34 are provided, whereby the jig plates are transferred so as not to be in contact with the upper surfaces of the heating plates. When the pusher 23 is retracted after the transferring of the jig plates, the thermal energy for forming is given to the heating plates 31, 32, 10, and oil pressure is supplied to a main cylinder 2, thereby applying pressurizing force to the member 15 to be stuck. After a specified sticking process has been finished, the supply of pressure oil is stopped, and the intermediate heating plate 23 and the lower heating plate 31 are stopped at the position of transferring. The transferring rails are elevated to the pressing plates, and the jig plates 29 are separated from the upper surfaces of the heating plates, whereby the jig plates are conveyed out by the pushers 23 without the sliding on the heating plates.</p> |
