摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a sector unit by a method wherein silicon steel plates having different length are provided on both sides of a belt conveyor in the moving direction of the conveyor in accordance with the prescribed order to lamination, the steel plates located on both sides of the belt conveyor are picked up and laminated while the conveyor is at a standstill, and this cycle is repeated. CONSTITUTION:When a reactor core is formed by lamination, the core is constituted by a plurality of groups of sector form units 1. For the purpose of accomplishing said constitution, the steel plates which are formed into the unit 1 are formed in different lengths, the shortest steel plate (g) is positioned at the end part, and the longer steel plates (h), (i), (j), (k) and (l) are stacked successively thereon. Also, the steel plates are stacked facing to the above-mentioned steel plates in the order of length starting from the shortest, namely, (f), (e), (d), (c), (b) and (a), and they are formed in one body. A plurality of steel plates are divided into groups and placed on the L-type leg stands 12 and 12, located on both sides of a belt conveyor 11 opposing each other, following the above-mentioned stacking order, the guide stick 14 astriding the leg stand 12 is moved, and the steel plates are picked up by an attracting pad through the shifting frame 15 located below the guide stick 14, and they are stacked.
