PURPOSE:To stably secure a magnetic shielding plate by positioning by prividing a piece for holding the lower end of the shielding plate at an insulation protecting case mounted on a transformer body. CONSTITUTION:A core 10 is contained in an insulation protecting case 12, and a transformer body 11 is associated. Mounting pieces 13 are provided integrally with the lower portions of both outsides of the case 12. The lower end of a -shaped electromagnetic shielding plate 14 made of directional silicon steel plate is engaged with the outside of the case 12 at the upper portions of reinforcing portions 13a at both sides of the pieces 13, and a holding piece 16 having a positioning gap 15 is integrally provided. When the plate 14 is associated on the outer periphery of the case 12, the plate 14 is held by the piece 16, positioned at the height direction to completely correspond to the core 10. Then, the plate 14 is secured by an adhesive or adhesive tape to complete it. With this construction, the irregularity in the mounting position is entirely eliminated to hold stable shielding effect, and a beat noise between the shielding plates of between the core and the plates can be reduced. |
