PURPOSE:To wind while previously confirming the winding tensile as the travel sheet tensile by controlling the tensile force of sheet travelling on a supply path directly through a dancer roller. CONSTITUTION:Gradually reducing control pattern of winding tensile force is provided to a sheet tensile force setter 7 having a dancer roller 2. An indication signal is fed from said setter 7 to a controller 6 then on the basis of a command fed from said controller 6, sheet pressurizing mechanism 5 is moved to regulate the sheet pressurizing force of dancer roller 2 to such level as to produce setting tensile force. Since the sheet pressurizing force and the tensile force of sheet 4 travelling around the dancer roller 2 are balanced, regulation of the sheet pressurizing force will cause regulation of the tensile force of travelling sheet to desired winding tensile force thus to wind the sheet arrived to the winder 3 as it is with necessary winding tensile force. |
