摘要 An oil, or fat, product is prepared by dispersing a salt and a flavouring additive in a fat, or oil. The flavouring additive contains one or more flavourings. These substances are obtained by heating a mixture of one or more amino acids, one or more carbohydrates and a carrier material. Heating is continued until a certain colour change takes place. The resulting oil, or fat, product can be used for example for preparing gravy, soups, flavoured food preparations and sandwich spreads.
