PURPOSE:To suppress the deformation of an indium wire with time and to obtain stable processing performance by inserting and fixing a lens between the wires of a pair of guide rings formed under pressure so as to project. CONSTITUTION:The guide rings 13 having annular hollow grooves 13 for disposing the indium wire 9 into a ring shape in the prescribed position are provided on both sides of a lens 3. The groove 13a of each ring 13 is set in the sectional area smaller than the sectional area of the wire 9 so that the wire 9 builds up when the wire is fully pushed into the groove 13a. Then the wire 9 has high adhesiveness and positional stability in the stage of assembling the lens 3 and the reliability of the sealed part is improved. The thorough deformation is completed by the prescribed holding power of the lens by which the efficiency of heat transmission is maintained and the deformation of the wire 9 with time is prevented. |
