PURPOSE:To enlarge collective amount by a terminal at a distribution unit by giving an exclusion signal of scramble to the circuits coping with each terminal through a switch circuit, and by leading out separation and reading of key signals for descramble signal from a converter. CONSTITUTION:TV signals are distributed by a converter 7 at each terminal through a distributor 6 for a distribution unit 4, simultaneously distribution to a converter 26 only for the channels for the charged programs, and decode key signals are distributed and read by circuits 27 for separation and reading to obtain a descramble signal. On the other hand, the selected channel information are given to control section 11 by an upward signal from each terminal, the selected signals for said channels are given to the converter 7, a switch signal is given to a matrix switch circuit 28 in case of visual and listening approved channels, and the descramble signals for said channels are given to exclusion section 23 of scramble signal on the rear stage of the converter 7 coping with each terminal to perform a descramble. |
