PURPOSE:To perform the fixing of a lead frame securely by a pressing member at the time of bonding, by a method wherein protruded parts are provided at inner lead parts. CONSTITUTION:A tab 2 for adhering pellets are provided at the center of the lead frame 1, and is sustained by an outside frame 4 through the intermediary of a lead 3. Lead parts 5 are composed of inner lead parts 6 and outer lead parts 7, and each lead part is connected by dam parts. Protruded parts 10 which are molded to the arc type are provided at the part of the inner lead parts 9. When bonding is carried out at the point 9, the protruded part 10 is thrusted and secured by the thrusting part 16 of a pressing member 13. Since the lead part 6 is secured with elasticity, the lead part 6 can be secured surely to a heat block 12. |
