PURPOSE:To obtain a boiled egg having absolutely unique shape different from the shape of conventional boiled egg, by breaking the shell of a raw egg, putting the content of the egg into a container having a form different from egg, deforming the egg forcibly to the shape of the container, sealing the container with a lid, and boiling the egg. CONSTITUTION:The content 2 of a raw egg taken out by breaking the egg shell, is put into the container 1 having a shape different from the shape of an egg to effect the forcive derformation of the content 2 to the shape of the container 1. The container is sealed with a lid 3, and is boiled in boiling water. A boiled egg 4 having the shape of the container can be prepared by this process. A modified boiled egg having completely different shape from that of conventional boiled egg can be prepared thereby. |
