<p>The various powder colorants are applied by gravity without contact between the supply equipment and the ceramic parts, which pass directly to the oven in a mono-baking process. Screens forming the bases of the hoppers contg. the colorants are used for their disposition. Hoppers are mounted on rigid supports through elastic supports which are vibrated by suitable means to produce fall of the colorants, which do not fall when at rest. The titles are advanced by conveyor belt operated by a step motor, with safety elements to achieve their correct position under the screens.</p> |
