PURPOSE:To prevent charging of a magnetic sheet and a regulating plate and to attain excellent mass-production by using the regulating plate made of plastic, forming the slide face as conductive and connecting electrically the plate with a case. CONSTITUTION:The regulating plate 8 arranged oppositely to a magnetic head 7 while clipping the magnetic sheet 4 is made of plastic. Then conductivity is provided to a slide face 8b by forming a metallic powder layer 11, and the plate is connected electrically to a case frame 1 by fitting an earthing metal strip 12 to a regulating plate holder 10. Thus, the charging between the magnetic sheet 4 and the regulating plate 8 is prevented and the adsorption of the magnetic sheet 4 to the regulating plate 8 and destruction due to discharge of recorded information are eliminated. Since the plate is manufactured by plastic injection molding, the plate is manufactured with mass-production. |
