PURPOSE:To mold a molded product excellent in heat resistance at low temp. within a short time, in laminating a facing material to synthetic resin foam, by preliminarily providing a layer containing luctams and an oxidation inhibitor between both of them. CONSTITUTION:A solution mixture of epsilon-caproluctam and an oxidation inhigiror (2,6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol) is applied to the surface of soft polyester urethane foam. Subsequently, nylon jersey base cloth is laminated to the coating layer as a surface side facing material and commpressed under heating to obtain a laminate. The luctam and the oxidation inhibitor in the coating layer are reacted and cured with the advance of thermal compression molding and the adhesiveness between the surfaces of the foam and the facing material is enhanced and a good embossing property is imparted. Therefore, the objective integral laminated molded product of the facing material and the foam having a sharp and acute embossed shape is easily obtained even at low compression temp. (140 deg.C) within a short compression time (5min). |
