PURPOSE:To output as it is reproducing digital data which is decided to be correct, by outputting the reproducing digital data as it is when a comparing output of digital data corrected by an error correcting circuit and the reproducing digital data is below a threshold level, when an error of every block of the reproducing digital data has been detected. CONSTITUTION:Video data Dc whose error has been corrected, from an interpolating circuit 51 is supplied to a discriminating circuit 52 and a multiplexer 53. Reproducing video data Di is matched as to a timing with the video data Dc whose error has been corrected by passing through a delaying circuit 54, and thereafter, supplied to the discriminating circuit 52 and the multiplexer 53. The discriminating circuit 52 checkes whether an absolute value of a difference of the video data Dc and Di is smaller than a threshold level (m) or not. That is to say, in the discriminating circuit 52, when the absolute value of the difference of the reproducing video data Di and the video data Dc whose error has been corrected exceeds the threshold level (m), the video data Dc is selected by the multiplexer 53, and when the absolute value of the difference of both of them is smaller than the threshold level (m), the reproducing video data Di is selected by the multiplexer 53. |
