PURPOSE:To automate fully a process of fitting a tube on a container by a method wherein the bottle that is transferred as it moves vertically is covered automatically with the tube held by air chucks or a suction cup. CONSTITUTION:A bottle table 5 capable of vertical and rotary movement and a chucking mechanism consisting of air chucks 7 that open and close right and left on the upper part of the table 5 and a suction cut 3 that moves vertically at the lower end of said chuck 7 are provided on a turntable 6. By this method the container 2 sent by the supply star wheel 4 continuously onto the table 6 is rotated on the table 5 and the thermally shrinkable tube 10 is put by the chuck 7 and the cup 3 outside the container 2 synchronizing with the rotary movement of the table 5 to be taken out by the turntable 14. In this manner the process of putting the tube on the container can be automated fully. |
