摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically and stably control the speed within an aimed revolution speed range by detecting the actual revolution speed of an engine and accelerating and decelerating the speed through the throttle operation when the speed deviates from a set aimed revolution speed. CONSTITUTION:When the actual revolution speed VF of an engine is increased by the operation of a throttle operation part, and VF increases over an initial limit speed VSA, the first comparator 54 outputs a signal VA, which is transmitted to a one-shot multi-vibrator 60, and a signal VO is transmitted to a delay circuit 68 for a certain time. The output signal VO of the circuit 68 is amplified in the state delayed by (alpha) in comparison wth the signal VO by an amplifier 62, and drives a motor 38 in the throttle closing direction through the element 64A of a switch 64, and turns the throttle valve in the closing direction, and the increase of speed exceedings an upper limit speed VSB is prevented. When the actual revolution speed VF reduces below a lower limit speed VSC, the throttle valve is opened by the output signal VC of the third comparator 56.
