<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and also to reduce assembling man-hours by implanting and fixing a cassette cover opening/closing member and a cassette loading section on a base in one body by means of out-sert forming. CONSTITUTION:The cassette cover closing/opening member 6 and the cassette loading sections 4, 5 are implanted onto the base 3 by means of out-sert forming and formed to the incorporated structure. Further, the cassette cover closing/ opening member 6 is made of a thin plate, has a thick base 10 at the bottom, constituted stably and strongly, an upper end face has an inclined plane, formed so as to be abutted on a cassette front cover 2a, and a press contact part 9 with the cassette front cover 2a at the top is finished so as to have a smooth glitter face thereby decreasing the sliding friction. Thus, the number of components and man-hour are reduced.</p> |
