PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to perform rewiring and to turn on and off a power source when combinations of observation points to be observed at the same time are changed by providing a signal selection part which selects a combination of a specific number of signals among plural signals inputted through plural signal lines and an input part. CONSTITUTION:Signal lines S1-Sn for leading a signal out of (n) observation points are connected to the input part 13. Then, signals inputted to the input part 13 are sent to the signal selection part 14. The selection part 14 selects a combination of (m) out of (n) signals. The number of combinations is nCm and one of them is selected successively. Selected signals are sent to an output part 15. Further, the output part 15 is connected to (m) measurement input terminals T1-Tm of a signal measuring instrument 16 through (m) output lines L1-Lm. Signals passed through the output part 15 are inputted to a signal measuring device 6 and measured simultaneously.
