PURPOSE:To improve durability and to increase operating speed of a rotary driving mechanism by providing the first cam member in such a manner as to freely rotate round the first fixed shaft, one end of which is coupled to a member to be turned, the other end thereof being coupled to one end portion of the second cam member disposed in such a manner as to freely rotate round the second fixed shaft. CONSTITUTION:An IC50 transported from a rail portion 30a in placed on a rail 110a in a rotary table 110 having both ends opened. A pulley 111 is secured to the upper surface of the rotary table 110 through a shaft and coupled to a pulley 118 through a timing belt 112. The diameter of a pulley 113 is larger than that of the pulley 111. One end of an arm 115 is pivoted on a shaft 114 of the pulley 113, and the first air cylinder 116 is coupled to the other end of the arm 115. A second air cylinder 117 is coupled to the cylinder 116 to be united in a body. These air cylinders are alternatively urged so that the arm can take three positions of -90 deg., 0 deg. and +90 deg., as shown in the drawings.
