PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy, by providing a digital sweep signal generation means, and first and second D-A converters and connecting the output of the first D-A converter to the input terminal of the second one while enabling the sweeping of electric field intensity and magnetic field intensity on the basis of the signal of the second converter and the digital signal. CONSTITUTION:A means for generating a digital sweep signal and first and second reference voltage variable type D-A converters 9, 14 for equally receiving said signal are provided and the output of the first converter 9 is connected to the input terminal ref of the second converter 14. Further, electric field intensity E is swept on the basis of the output signal of the second converter 14 and magnetic field intensity is swept on the basis of the digital sweep signal. In this case, B<2>/E linked scan is performed by using square circuit constituted of two D-A converters excellent in temp. characteristics. By this mechanism, a B<2>/E linked scan method can be carried out without adjusting temp. in simple constitution. |
