PURPOSE:To control generating frequency constantly, by detecting output frequency of a generator, putting it into a microcomputer, executing controls, and driving hydraulic servomotors to switch electromagnetic valves. CONSTITUTION:A generator output is inputted to a digital frequency difference detector 1. Its output is induced to a microcomputer 2 to execute controls and to obtain a control digital signal. A servo mechanism 4 including electromagnetic valves of hydraulic servomotors or controllers of electric servomotors is given via a switching device 3. A water turbine guide vane 7 is activated for a water turbine generator. Therefore, the servo mechanism 4 is driven by a binary signal from the microcomputer 2 with a use of only generator frequency and its differential value. This enables the water turbine to maintain at designated revolution speed and to control with high stability and less failure. |
