<p>A particulate bleaching detergent composition is provided comprising (a) a bleaching agent comprising a peroxyacid compound and/or a water-soluble salt thereof; and (b) at least one surface active agent selected from the group consisting of anionic, cationic, nonionic, ampholytic and zwitterionic detergents; said bleaching detergent composition being substantially free of (i) water- soluble silicate compounds and (ii) agglomerate particles which essentially comprise said activator, a water-insoluble silicate compound and a nonionic surfactant.</p> |
