<p>PURPOSE:To make pressure drop small by providing uniformly many perforated pipes whose upper ends are opened to the space above a layer of catalyst or adsorbent on the inner wall of adsorption vessel. CONSTITUTION:Gaseous raw material is flowed in from an inlet 9 and most parts of said raw material are introduced into perforated pipes 4 from these upper parts and flowed out from the holes of the pipes and passed through a catalyst layer to enter an inside basket 5 and flowed out from a gas outlet 10. The perforated pipes 4 are buried in the range up to the under part from the upper part of the catalyst layer and opened to the space above mentioned layer and also provided along the inner wall of adsorption vessel uniformly and vertically. In this way, the cost reduction is made possible.</p> |
