PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of fluid from a flow path formed inside due to occurrence of damage caused by an acute material, e.g., rivet, etc., by a method in which a binder sheet is buried in a resin layer backed with a metal plate to form a clothed resin layer, and a corrugated sheet 3 is interwoven into the woven fabric 5 in the resin layer. CONSTITUTION:Woven fabrics 5 of a fine mesh, using filaments 1 constituting a corrugated sheet 3 as a binder sheet 4 are integrally bonded to both sides of the sheet 3. A resin layer 7 is covered on a metal plate 6 by lamination or by bonding molded sheets through an adhesive. The woven fabric 5 constituting the binder sheet 4 is buried in the resin layer 7 to form a resin layer 11. The separation of the sheet 3 from the resin layer 11 backed with the metal plate 6 can thus be avoided and also when the sheet is cut off, no entanglement occurs in the cut ends of the woven fabric 5 constituting the binder sheet 4. Also, piercing of an acute material, e.g., rivet, etc., into the sheet can be prevented. |
