摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent clogging due to solidification of ink by providing a steam transmitting high molecular thin film at an air feed port of an airflow type inkjet printer to feed air higher in the humidity than the outside air to a head. CONSTITUTION:A steam transmitting high molecular thin film 9 is provided at an air intake port of an air feed path 13 of an air flow type head and air higher in the humidity than the outside air is fed to the head via a pump 10 and a steam condensing section 11. Even when the outside air is dry, the clogging of the head due to solidification of ink can be prevented without time and labor for water replenishment and the like.
