PURPOSE:To simplify rearing of crystal by raising a focusing degree by a method, in which, in the luminous part of a halogen lamp, a filament to be sealed in a lamp body having the major axis direction and the minor-axis direction is arranged so that its direction may be along the above minor-axis direction. CONSTITUTION:A hologen lamp to be set on the light source part of an F.Z. furnace is composed by housing a filament 3 in a quartz tube 4 while being provided with a terminal 5 and having the major axis direction and the minor- axis direction 1. The filament 3 to be the luminous part is arranged with its longitudinal direction along the above minor-axis direction. In this way, a focusing degree is raised by making the light source part of the halogen lamp optimized while the rearing of crystal is simplified by shortening the length of the melting part. |
