In order to allow transmission of electromagnetic waves, magnetic fields, and electric fields, the antennas, dipoles, parabolas, and any other physically tuned means are replaced by a chemical volume (comprising atoms molecules, or composite chemistry) of appropriate dimensions with a view to obtaining a resonator element for generating an electromagnetic transmission. This chemical volume undergoes electric, magnetic or modulated electromagnetic (eg: FM radio) excitation. The ends of the chemical volume exhibit a gradient of index so as to permit a spectral width.
