The present invention is in the field of dental techniques and its subject is a system for fixation and its process of implementation. According to the invention this process is characterised in that the teeth 1 onto which casings 2 are fixed are connected via a composite wire 4 which is previously impregnated with a hardenable resin; this wire is put in place by means of a device called a "shuttle" constituted by a container 23 acting as a store for the resin and for the wire and of a tubular guide 21. Applications to fixation of dentition having a growth of abnormal geometry and correction of a deformed dentition. <IMAGE>
